1. Term of Agreement
This Agreement shall remain effective, valid, and enforceable for as long as you continue to access or use the Findmyteachers.in website and services.
Your continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of these terms.
2. Termination by Member
You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by submitting a written request to Findmyteachers.in.
In the event that you voluntarily terminate your membership:
- You shall not be entitled to any refund of unutilized subscription fees, if any.
- Refunds will only be issued if explicitly guaranteed in writing by Findmyteachers.in.
3. Termination by Findmyteachers.in
Findmyteachers.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following reasons:
- Breach of the Terms of Use
- Use of the Service for commercial purposes
- Engaging in prohibited, inappropriate, or unlawful communication or activities
- Violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Termination notice may be sent to the email address provided by you at the time of registration or any updated email address provided thereafter.
If your membership is terminated due to a breach of this Agreement, you shall not be entitled to any refund of subscription fees paid.
4. Survival of Certain Provisions
Certain provisions of this Agreement shall survive termination, including but not limited to Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, and Sections 9 to 16 of the main Terms of Use Agreement.
These provisions shall remain valid and enforceable even after termination of membership.
5. Paid Membership Term
The duration and validity of Paid Membership shall be determined based on the specific membership plan selected at the time of subscription.
Membership benefits will remain active only for the applicable subscription period.
6. Refund in Case of Business Discontinuity
In the event that Findmyteachers.in permanently discontinues its business operations, the Company shall refund 50% of the unused portion of the membership fees paid by the member.
The refund shall be calculated proportionately based on the remaining unused membership period.
